Elite Contractors has a designer to assist with any drawings or plans needed for our clients. If these plans require an architects stamp, Elite can provide that as well.

Does Elite Contractors use subcontractors?

Yes, Elite Contractors may use and only hire licensed and insured subcontractors. Such subcontractors can include but may not be limited to electricians, HVAC technicians, and plumbers.

How do I obtain an estimate & how long does it take to get it?

We will schedule an on site appointment to listen to and help determine your exact construction needs. Most roofing quotes can be provided within 24-48 hours. Larger projects may require more time. However, your pro at Elite Contractors is always available to provide updates and will be able to give you a reasonable time frame on your estimate.

How often should you have your roof replaced?

If bonding is required, Elite Contractors has the ability to bond a single project up to $8,000,000. With this, Elite can assure its clients that their project will be completed in a timely and workmanlike manner. Elite Contractors is also a IICRC Certified contractor. IICRC is the industry leader for training and certifying contractors and other professionals in proper procedures for cleaning and restoration.

Elite is certified for the remediation of smoke, mold, and water. Hiring Elite for one of these
circumstances ensures you have licensed professionals and that your family or workforce is in
good hands.
