12,000 SF new construction build of production facility that manufactures farm equipment spray nozzles. All construction trades required for this build performed under the supervision of Elite Contractors.

Elite Contractors completed exterior and interior remodeling for these duplex units, which caught fire one night. We also helped the client settle their insurance claim.

Two-Story Duplex Units

After catching fire, these two-story duplex units required exterior and interior remodeling. Elite Contractors oversaw and completed the entire project and helped the client settle their insurance claim, as well.

Owner thought he had a few roof repairs to make. He could not get a contractor to respond to his calls for help. He called his banker for reference. Elite Contractors showed up on the date and time of the first appointment. $1.1 million dollars in repairs paid by the insurance company. The roof also collapsed. Carrier’s claim for the ice damaged roof settled by Elite Contractors.

Wine Cellar

A broken water pipe damaged an existing wine cellar. Elite Contractors helped settle the insurance claim with the client’s insurance carrier. We also replaced the damage water pipe, remediated the other damage, constructed a new framed wall, and built custom wine racks for the client’s wine collection.
